About True North Recovery and Wellness
Located off Highway 15 in St. George, True North Recovery & Wellness Center specializes in intensive outpatient therapy offered in both individual and group formats, incorporating medication-assisted treatment for individuals struggling with opioid dependency.
To assist clients, True North utilizes medications such as methadone, buprenorphine (available as Suboxone or Subutex), and Vivitrol.
Certified through the Justice-Reinvestment Initiative, True North collaborates with the judicial system to support clients in avoiding incarceration and conducts regular drug screenings. They implement a specific form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) known as moral reconation therapy (MRT) to aid clients in their recovery and decrease the likelihood of reoffending.
