Random drug tests and tests due to suspected use cost $5 per test. Late payments are assessed at $25 if rent is paid between the 6th and 15th, and $50 if rent is paid after the 15th. Payments can be made via Venmo or CashApp, and card payments are accepted with a 3.25% processing fee.

The center also provides BizLab resources for entrepreneurs, with services tailored to people who want to begin a business while in recovery. Fees include $90 per hour for a basic BizLab consultation, $350 for one BizLab kit, or $990 for all four kits.
