About Gaudenzia Inc

Gaudenzia’s Integrity House is a residential treatment program with a low level of intensity, serving men who struggle with substance use disorders and may also have co-occurring mental health conditions. The staff relies on evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver individualized support that is gender-specific and centered on the person. Integrity House is designed to offer a continuous, coordinated system of care, helping residents progress steadily through every stage of recovery. Programs are available at multiple sites throughout Pennsylvania.

Based in downtown York, Integrity House provides a structured and secure environment for men who are pursuing treatment. The program includes both group and individual therapy, and it incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational enhancement therapy (MET) into each client’s plan. The team also supports patients with family resources, guidance for suitable alternative outpatient options, and referrals for housing when needed. Gaudenzia focuses on developing personalized, trauma-informed and culturally informed treatment strategies that reflect each person’s background, needs, and day-to-day schedule.
