About Full Being Services

The center offers compassionate, culturally informed mental health support for individuals, partners, and families. As a Black-owned practice, it creates a welcoming and safe environment, with particular attention to Black and Brown clients. Therapists work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions, including questions related to identity and meaning in life. The focus is on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—so clients feel supported as they work toward lasting change. Sessions are available both online and in person, and coaching is offered to encourage personal and professional development.

Therapeutic services combine guided conversation with practical tools and skill-building. Care is typically provided through weekly or biweekly sessions, with the option to schedule more often when needed. Treatment plans are customized for each client and include strategies to strengthen communication, manage stress, and build effective coping. The center uses a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach that helps clients feel understood and prepared to apply change in their everyday lives.

In addition to therapy, the center provides life coaching, organizational trainings grounded in inclusivity and equity, and licensure supervision for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in Pennsylvania. It also delivers advanced training on complex trauma, including the Core Curriculum for Childhood Trauma, and offers specialized counseling for immigration and refugee-related concerns to support individuals, families, and communities.
