About CFHW Specialty Behavioral Health Servs

Clinica Family Health & Wellness, established through the combination of Clinica Family Health and Mental Health Partners, delivers coordinated services for physical, behavioral, and oral health for people of all ages. Care is available for older adults 65+ and young adults 15–29, with specialized support for issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use disorders. The center uses a community-centered model to make treatment reachable and culturally informed, independent of a person’s financial situation or documentation status. Clinica’s Ryan Wellness Center also includes jail-based programming, help with job searching, and access to a computer lab.

Treatment is based on proven methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, medication management, and peer support. Patients can receive both one-on-one and group counseling, as well as psychiatric care and wellness-focused programs.

Clinica also runs a 24/7 walk-in crisis center for people needing urgent assistance, including those who may be considering suicide or self-harm.

Clinica’s Ryan Wellness Center is located on Alpine Avenue near the Broadway & North Street bus stop, and services can also be provided virtually. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
