About Healthy Life Recovery
Healthy Life Recovery provides an end-to-end range of treatment services at its San Diego facilities. The center supports people dealing with substance use disorders and related mental health issues through evidence-based approaches delivered by licensed professionals. Programming is tailored to each client, including dedicated options such as an LGBTQ+ track and a couples therapy program.
At this site, clients can access detox services and residential care. A key strength of Healthy Life Recovery’s programs is that they are certified by both the Joint Commission and CARF.
The treatment strategy focuses on helping clients establish realistic, short-term targets that progress toward long-term recovery. Healthy Life Recovery uses medication-assisted therapy (MAT) along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to support these goals.
