About ABC Sober Living LLC
Soledad House provides a women’s sober living program in San Diego, California designed to help residents strengthen the skills needed for lasting sobriety. The approach blends gender-specific support with therapy, counseling, and peer connection, helping women maintain stability and keep moving forward after completing treatment.
The sober living program is built around a structured setting that allows residents to keep practicing recovery strategies while gradually returning to everyday duties. To stay in the program, participants must have at least 30 days of sobriety, attend four or more 12-step meetings each week, join weekly house meetings, complete random drug screening, and remain involved in work, school, or outpatient services. These guidelines create a reliable routine that reinforces continued progress in recovery.
At Soledad House, the program is organized into two phases. Phase 1 takes place at the primary women-only facility near La Jolla, where residents receive consistent structure and support. During Phase 2, participants transition to a sober living home within one mile of the main center, offering more independence and room for more flexible schedules. The second phase still emphasizes a supportive community, including therapy access, peer support, accountability, and training in practical life skills to prepare residents for long-term recovery.
