About CRF Step Forward North Central
Step Forward North Central, situated near the Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport in San Diego, is a CalWORKs Behavioral Health Center created to support Welfare-to-Work participants who experience behavioral health issues that limit their ability to work. The center provides outpatient care, including behavioral health and psychiatric assessments, medication management, individual, group, and family counseling, case management, service coordination, and crisis response.
