The partial hospitalization program (PHP) at Assure Recovery Center offers the highest level of care and is designed for adults facing substance use and mental health challenges who need more support than what standard outpatient services provide. This level of treatment gives patients access to care similar to residential programs while offering greater flexibility, so they can continue living at home and meeting everyday responsibilities. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) follows a comparable model but involves a smaller time commitment and is geared toward individuals who are stepping down from more intensive care or working to adjust to a sustainable recovery routine. Assure Recovery Center uses a full, whole-person approach to healing and includes programming that supports both patients and their families. Family support groups and counseling help participants create and reinforce healthy boundaries, restore trust, and give loved ones practical tools for supporting recovery in meaningful ways. The center also offers mental health services to treat co-occurring conditions that often accompany addiction, using a variety of treatment options and support groups. When appropriate, they provide medication-assisted treatment and medication management.

Treatment typically starts with a detailed assessment to identify any co-occurring disorders and develop an individualized plan tailored to each person’s needs. Plans may include a mix of individual, group, or family counseling along with experiential and evidence-based therapies. Options may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), nutrition and life skills, creative and expressive arts, meditation, yoga, mindfulness-based activities, access to nature and outdoor experiences, and equine-assisted psychotherapy.

As part of the full continuum of care, Assure Recovery Center provides aftercare to help individuals stay supported as they progress. The aftercare program includes continued recovery-focused case management and regular meetings with clinical staff, along with vocational and educational resources, ongoing individual counseling, group support sessions, alumni activities, discharge coordination, and personalized relapse prevention planning. The center also offers sober living homes that create a structured, safe space to maintain sobriety near their outpatient clinic. Sober living can strengthen accountability by keeping people connected to peer support, 12-Step involvement, greater independence and responsibility, ongoing therapy, and continued case management. Together, these aftercare services are intended to provide the structure, guidance, and support patients need to protect their sobriety and thrive through every stage of care.
