Diamond House Detox follows a whole-person approach to supporting people with dual diagnosis, co-occurring conditions, and chronic pain. The program is designed for up to six clients at once, with spacious private rooms in a comfortable, residential-style setting.
The detox stay generally lasts about 7 days, with a rate of $1,000 per day. Residential treatment typically runs for 30 days. During residential care, clients receive personalized treatment plans that may include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling and traditional talk therapy, EMDR (eye movement therapy), sound therapy, art therapy, 12-Step facilitation, yoga, and additional supportive services. Clients are also evaluated personally by the founder, along with care from the Resident Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Diamond House Detox operates two homes, located roughly 15 minutes from downtown Sacramento. Each person has a private bedroom with an attached private bathroom. Common living areas are tastefully furnished to create a peaceful, welcoming feel. French doors lead to an outdoor patio equipped with amenities such as a pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor meditation pavilion, and another fire pit. A dedicated on-site chef prepares all meals using fresh ingredients. Overall, Diamond House provides a luxury-level, private setting to support clients throughout recovery.
