About Holdfast Recovery
Holdfast Recovery provides faith-based programs that help men pursue genuine healing from addiction and mental health challenges using a Christ-centered approach. The program is a 90+ day outpatient plan built to rebuild daily life from within. Throughout the journey, clients progress through three treatment phases.
At Holdfast, care blends spiritual foundations with evidence-based practices. Using the NeuroFaith approach, clients work through healing processes that address the effects of trauma and addiction while keeping recovery grounded in Christ. Their model combines biblical truth with therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), HeartMath®-supported emotional stress regulation, and polyvagal-informed methods.
Healing happens through more than counseling. Clients also receive support in an environment that is safe, calm, and encouraging. The outpatient center sits on expansive grounds with room for quiet reflection, outdoor time, and fitness activities. Through a CrossFit partnership, participants engage in weight training, running, mobility sessions, and team workouts. They also build connection through shared common areas, group meeting spaces, and a community kitchen where meals are prepared together.
Holdfast Recovery supports long-term success by strengthening accountability and relationships through aftercare. As clients transition from treatment to everyday life, they develop relapse-prevention plans and remain part of the Holdfast Recovery family, so they never have to face challenges alone. Some choose to continue in Holdfast’s sober living homes, where peer support helps them practice the tools from treatment while building independence.
In addition, Holdfast Recovery has a nearby sister location called AnchorPoint, offering similar residential treatment.
