About Blueprints for Recovery

In Northern Arizona, Blueprints to Recovery assists both men and women dealing with gambling addiction alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Through a personalized approach to care, clients work on underlying trauma, develop practical coping skills, strengthen recovery support systems, and establish clear goals. The center’s transitional phase adds structure and encouragement as clients adapt to a new way of life. During this period, clients may still receive up to 30 hours of therapy per week while they step down from intensive treatment. In the final launch phase, clients move those lessons into everyday routines. A continuing care coordinator also partners with clients to refine the tools they’ll need to start building their new life.

Blueprints to Recovery is located amid the region’s rugged desert landscapes and mountain views. The natural surroundings create a calm, healing atmosphere and provide opportunities to reconnect with the outdoors. Clients can take part in experiential activities such as biking, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and boating.

Many members of the staff, including the founder, have personal experience with treatment and recovery. That background helps the team relate more deeply to clients and maintain a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Staff members are available to answer questions and, when appropriate, share their own experiences.

Blueprints to Recovery accepts insurance through several major providers, including Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.
