About Vibrations Mental Health

Vibrations Mental Health offers supportive outpatient counseling for people of every age, including children, teens, and adults. Through trauma-informed methods, therapists assist clients in working through anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, and major life changes. Sessions are available in person and online, helping clients choose an option that matches their routine and comfort level.

Children and adolescents may experience emotional and behavioral difficulties that affect their lives at home, school, and with peers. Therapists use approaches such as play therapy, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), skills for regulating the nervous system, and relaxation techniques to create a secure environment where children can communicate and process their feelings. For teens, therapy provides a calm, nonjudgmental setting to understand stress, reinforce a sense of identity, and strengthen coping abilities. Depending on needs, treatment can also involve collaboration with schools to support a well-rounded plan.

Vibrations Mental Health also provides help for families, couples, and people in relationships of any structure. Therapy focuses on improving communication, rebuilding connection, and supporting recovery through conflict, relationship shifts, or other significant transitions. With both in-person and virtual services available, clients can access the guidance they need while receiving consistent, caring support.
