About NorthStar Counseling Center
Established in 1998, NorthStar Counseling Center is an outpatient mental health clinic located on the west side of Madison. The center serves people of all ages and backgrounds who are looking for assistance with emotional challenges that affect their daily functioning and overall quality of life. NorthStar’s dedicated professionals apply evidence-based methods to help clients throughout every stage of life.
