About Edelweiss Behavioral Health

Edelweiss Behavioral Health offers structured intensive outpatient services for adults and adolescents coping with eating disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). The treatment team works closely with each client to design individualized, goal-focused care that stays centered on the person’s needs and progress. Youth between 13 and 17 participate in Edelweiss’ adolescent IOP, which runs Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. For adults, the eating disorder program operates three days per week, with sessions lasting three hours each day. Programs include a range of supports such as individual counseling, group therapy, assisted dinner groups, nutrition guidance, and additional related services.

For OCD treatment, clients attend a weekly group for four weeks, with up to eight people per group. Clients may also join yoga sessions to build mindfulness and support healthy breathing practices. Edelweiss Behavioral Health is based in Madison, Wisconsin, on the west side, providing a welcoming and secure outpatient setting for individuals seeking help with eating disorders and OCD.
