About We Level Up

We Level Up is a licensed mental health treatment center located near Spokane, Washington. The team brings more than 15 years of experience and reports over 10,000 positive outcomes. Their services are designed to help individuals dealing with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, schizophrenia, and substance use concerns that occur alongside other mental health challenges. Care is provided in a secure, compassionate setting, and each plan is created around the person’s specific needs.

The center uses a whole-person approach to recovery, combining proven clinical methods with supportive holistic options. Treatment commonly includes both one-on-one therapy and structured group therapy. Clients work through topics that relate directly to their circumstances in a respectful, non-judgmental environment. The program begins with a complete holistic intake and evaluation, which guides the creation of a recovery plan tailored to the client.

Interventions may include evidence-based techniques such as CBT, mindfulness practices, and group-based work aimed at reducing stress, building coping tools, improving emotional regulation, and uncovering root factors connected to symptoms. If medication is appropriate, qualified psychiatrists are available, with continued oversight alongside ongoing therapeutic support. Clients also benefit from a peer-centered atmosphere where they can share challenges and progress.

We Level Up additionally includes life skills workshops covering practical topics like communication, problem-solving, time management, and strategies for lowering stress, supporting lasting change beyond treatment. Aftercare is a major focus, with discharge and relapse prevention planning plus case management to help coordinate continued support through outpatient therapy, community groups, and other recovery resources.

The residential setting offers comfortable accommodations, including private or shared rooms, housekeeping, a game area, and well-sized indoor and outdoor spaces for community time. Meals are provided three times per day, prepared by the center’s on-site chefs. Overall, We Level Up aims to deliver a highly individualized experience supported by a dedicated, professional staff.
