About Rebuilt Treatment and Recovery

Rebuilt Treatment and Recovery (RTR) offers a safe, holistic environment focused on healing from addiction through several outpatient levels of care. The center uses a personalized model that combines medication-assisted treatment with optional sober living, helping each client receive the right structure and clinical support. Services are delivered through a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and traditional outpatient programs (OP), with plans designed around individual needs.

The overall goal is to support lasting, long-term recovery using a mix of proven therapies and complementary approaches. The program may include psychoeducation, development of daily life skills, relapse prevention, counseling on wellness and nutrition, process groups, and assistance with job readiness such as resume and vocational support. Clients can also receive guidance related to housing and aftercare. Acupuncture is an emphasis within RTR’s program, with acupuncture sessions and accompanying educational groups conducted by licensed acupuncturists to support natural healing by targeting specific points that influence the central nervous system.

The PHP track at RTR is especially helpful for people moving from detox or a residential setting, or for those seeking an alternative to full residential care. The schedule includes about 6 hours of group therapy, four days each week, along with weekly 1-on-1 meetings with a personal therapist. The IOP option provides comparable support but on a reduced schedule: 9 hours of group therapy over three days per week, plus individual therapy every other week. Traditional OP represents the lowest level of care, typically involving one or two group sessions per week, along with monthly or biweekly individual counseling.

RTR also offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for clients who qualify, using medications to ease cravings and reduce withdrawal symptoms related to alcohol or opioid addiction. For those enrolled in PHP or IOP, sober housing is available, which can be especially beneficial for clients without a stable or safe home situation outside of treatment. Sober living clients at RTR benefit from a supportive peer community and practical amenities, including a recreation and gaming room, help with employment goals, and transportation to and from therapy. Through aftercare planning, clients are connected with community resources, encouraged to join support groups, continue therapy when needed, and find sober housing options beyond the program.
