Adept Assessment Center
1321 North Ash Street, Spokane, WA 99201
Located along the Spokane River and convenient to reach via public transportation, Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center provides support for veterans experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorder (SUD), memory concerns, and sleep difficulties. The majority of services are delivered on an outpatient basis, with general primary care available as well. A wheelchair is available at the entrance for visitors who need it. The care team at Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center emphasizes a calm, consistent approach. Veterans may participate in group therapy, medication management, and meditation-based services designed to help them manage difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and regain a sense of control. Mental health and addiction treatment are coordinated together, so veterans receive ongoing help without needing to work through separate systems. In addition, veterans can use programs focused on employment assistance, services for minority veterans, and care for military sexual trauma. Coordinators assist with job training, crisis-related support, and guidance on understanding VA benefits. The center also collaborates with community organizations and behavioral health professionals to help ensure support continues beyond the clinic.
