About Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations
The Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations Youth Residential Treatment Facility supports teenagers facing substance use issues and mental health concerns. Services are provided through residential treatment as well as outpatient options via their Family Wellness Center. The center’s model of healing is grounded in Native traditions while also drawing on contemporary, research-informed methods.
A key part of their care combines holistic strategies with evidence-based therapies, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). By pairing traditional practices with modern clinical approaches, The Healing Lodge is designed to strengthen overall wellness, build practical coping skills, and help residents work through difficulties in a setting that is both culturally respectful and encouraging.
The Healing Lodge also offers specialized programming focused on recovery and personal development. For example, an expressive arts program gives residents a structured outlet to explore creativity through music and songwriting, resulting in a shared album. In addition, the facility provides educational support, physical activities, and nutrition guidance.
