About AMFM Mental Health Treatment

AMFM Mental Health Treatment offers individualized outpatient services that help clients move past the burden of mental health concerns and regain stability in everyday life. The program treats a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and mood disorders, using flexible intensive outpatient (IOP) and day treatment formats. With these options, clients can attend structured programming while still returning home at night. A dedicated group of experienced clinicians guides clients as they develop the skills to manage their mental health, strengthen resilience, and plan a future built on confidence and clear thinking.

At AMFM, treatment plans combine both one-on-one and group therapy so clients receive personal support and opportunities to connect with others. Weekly online family programming is also available, giving family members education, guidance, and encouragement during the recovery process and helping rebuild healthier relationships. Clients receive comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, ongoing appointments with a psychiatrist, and consistent medication management along with education about treatment. AMFM also supports whole-person well-being by pairing evidence-based clinical approaches with holistic options such as acupuncture and yoga.

In Washington, AMFM provides two comprehensive outpatient levels of care. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) features a structured schedule with daytime therapy and education, while clients return home in the evening. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) delivers adaptable treatment sessions, including group, individual, and psychiatric support, making it easier to continue managing work, school, and other responsibilities.

AMFM Mental Health Treatment includes aftercare planning following any and all mental health services to support long-term progress and sustained wellness. Aftercare may involve continued support groups, ongoing therapy check-ins, additional coping strategies, and continued medication management. For those who need extra help, family follow-up counseling sessions may also be offered.
