About Serenity Hills Life Center

Serenity Hills Life Center offers both residential and outpatient support for women dealing with substance use disorder (SUD) and related challenges, such as trauma, depression, and nicotine addiction. It provides specialized services for pregnant women, mothers in the postpartum period, and women veterans. The program supports participants in recognizing relapse triggers and building effective coping strategies within a steady, well-organized environment.

Serenity Hills Life Center follows trauma-informed approaches and combines clinical, medical, and holistic care. Participants receive individual and group counseling, parenting education, peer-to-peer support, and training in practical life skills. Additional optional offerings may include yoga, massage, and spiritual-focused sessions. Treatment plans are individualized, with an emphasis on long-term recovery and lasting stability.

Women live in a structured, supportive setting that includes access to sober living resources and on-site childcare during Family Wellness Weekends. A dietitian helps plan meals to promote overall health. Day-to-day programming includes fitness, recreation, and wellness activities such as walking trails and relaxation therapies. Ongoing recovery includes opportunities for family contact, job training, and extended assistance after key milestones.
