FCCR Radford provides both Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and standard outpatient counseling. It is conveniently situated to support the greater Richmond metro area, including Midlothian and Chesterfield. Treatment is available during flexible hours: Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and on Friday until 2 PM. The center delivers a structured roadmap to improved well-being, helping clients move step by step through long-term sobriety.

Clients receive comprehensive clinical assessments and tailored treatment plans focused on substance use as well as any co-occurring conditions. Core services include individual therapy, group counseling, family support, and psychiatric care. For a complete approach to healing, the center also offers holistic activities such as mindfulness practices, art and music therapy, and yoga.

In addition to its primary offerings, FCCR Radford encourages ongoing recovery through off-site 12-step meetings and SMART recovery. An aftercare monitoring program is also provided to support continued progress. The center is committed to inclusivity and offers a transgender-safe environment welcoming people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Specialized programming is available for young adults, professionals, and gender-specific groups to help ensure each person has a personalized path to sustainable recovery.
