About Bhg Xli, Llc

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is a major provider of outpatient programs for substance use treatment, working closely with referral partners to help people recover from opioid use. Using research-supported methods, BHG combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and additional wraparound supports. These services are adjusted to match each individual’s specific objectives and recovery plan.

With 114 treatment centers in 22 states, BHG is the largest Joint Commission-accredited outpatient network in the United States. This scale helps the organization apply uniform best practices across its sites and reach more than 43,000 patients each day. Its reported results indicate that 92% of patients see improvements in quality of life and mental health, 83% experience reduced substance use, and 45% are able to obtain employment during their first year of care.

BHG also belongs to a small group—about 4.2% of providers nationwide—that offers all three FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder. At select locations, these medication options are delivered alongside counseling and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). The center’s whole-person model is designed to strengthen engagement in treatment, lower opioid use, reduce risk-related behaviors, and support sustained recovery.
