About Summit Counseling Solutions

Summit Counseling Solutions provides evidence-based mental health services for teens and their families. The center addresses anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral difficulties, substance use that may occur alongside other concerns, and support for neurodiversity-related needs. Their approach includes individual therapy and family therapy, medication management, skills-focused training, day treatment, and intensive outpatient programming customized to each situation.

Program duration and structure can differ depending on a client’s needs. Families can choose between day treatment and intensive outpatient options. Many days include a mix of one-on-one sessions, group therapy, skills building, and, when appropriate, family therapy—aimed at strengthening coping abilities and emotional resilience.

The team also supports families in making informed decisions and sustaining progress through: Weekly Parent Support Groups, where parents can connect, learn, and discuss their experiences. Parent Education, offering clear, practical information about what to expect and how to reinforce treatment at home. Smooth Transitions, helping move between levels of care while maintaining momentum and avoiding setbacks. Insurance Support, managing approvals, appeals, and required paperwork so families can focus on recovery.
