About Imperial Healing Estate

In a welcoming, well-organized home-like environment, adolescent girls aged 12–18 receive safety and guidance while they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and other complex mental health difficulties. Services include residential treatment, day treatment (PHP), and outpatient care, and the schedule for each participant is tailored to clinical requirements and available funding. The center’s secure 16-bed residential setting is designed to provide stability and reassurance, supporting the earliest steps of long-term healing.

The rehabilitation program offers proven therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), equine-assisted therapy, family systems therapy, expressive arts, music therapy, and psychodrama. Additional holistic options include trauma-informed yoga, art therapy, and experiential activities like hiking, canoeing, and climbing. Day-to-day programming emphasizes mindfulness, emotional regulation, and continued academic involvement to advance both treatment goals and personal development.

Nutrition is supported through meals prepared by a licensed chef, promoting physical well-being and emotional comfort. Weekly cooking sessions help participants build practical life skills while learning about nutrition and cultural traditions. Education is provided through an accredited year-round program with small classes, credit recovery options, and field trips. Alongside therapy dogs, outdoor recreation, dedicated creative areas, and family sessions, the girls strengthen resilience, deepen connections, and grow confidence.
