About Canyon Creek Behavioral Health

Canyon Creek provides inpatient and outpatient treatment options for adults and adolescents. Care includes both medication and structured therapies, along with on-site schooling for teens through Ki Charter. As a behavioral health hospital, Canyon Creek delivers evidence-based approaches to address a range of needs, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma, and related conditions.

For inpatient care, clients benefit from round-the-clock nursing support, quick stabilization, medication oversight, education, and a variety of therapeutic services. Programming may include group therapy, yoga therapy, and recreational activities that promote emotional and physical recovery. Canyon Creek also offers family therapy when appropriate, along with nutritional counseling and case management to help ensure coordinated, full-spectrum care.

The center’s teen inpatient and outpatient programs serve ages 13 to 17. In the outpatient setting, students attend school for 4 hours each day via Ki Charter. The coursework is aligned with each participant’s home school district, making it easier to transfer credits when returning to school. Additional supports include free transportation to and from treatment and complimentary meals. Throughout the process, Canyon Creek works closely with parents to encourage ongoing progress for both families and their children.
