About Clearfork Academy

Clearfork Academy provides a faith-centered outpatient program rooted in Christian values for teenagers ages 13–18 who are dealing with addiction and mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. The program is designed as a key transition for teens moving from full-time residential care back into regular everyday routines, while still receiving strong guidance and treatment support. Teens benefit from a structured schedule that combines group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and family sessions, including three hours of group therapy. Clearfork also works to ensure outpatient treatment can fit around school responsibilities. Sessions run in person on Wednesdays through Fridays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, along with virtual treatment options.

In Clearfork Academy’s teen intensive outpatient program (IOP), participants receive close oversight focused on withdrawal symptoms, medication needs, and mental health concerns, helping protect their well-being and comfort while they remain at home. The program supports continuity in daily life by allowing teens to attend school and other obligations alongside planned therapeutic sessions. Treatment commonly includes evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as complementary options like art and music therapy, adventure therapy, and yoga therapy.
