About Your Discovery Place Inc
Your Discovery Place Inc. is dedicated to offering key assistance to adolescents and adults who are dealing with substance use and other major life difficulties. The center provides Peer Recovery Support Services aimed at supporting adolescents at risk and helping their families. In addition, YDP offers wraparound support for parents, including help with job connections, access to substance abuse services, and entrepreneurship training.
YDP’s holistic model also includes educational resources and ongoing guidance to help people develop the skills needed to achieve economic independence and sustain recovery. Through peer recovery programming, participants are supported throughout the recovery journey, with an emphasis on strengthening the community, building practical life skills, and encouraging personal development. The mission of YDP is to improve outcomes for youth and families by fostering collaboration and providing consistent support.
