About Arise Recovery Centers

Arise Recovery Centers provides flexible, structured intensive outpatient care customized for each person. The program is staffed by master’s-level counselors with advanced training who combine 12-Step approaches with researched treatment methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), relapse prevention planning, and life skills development.

Programming is offered in both morning and afternoon formats. Every client receives one hour of individual counseling each week, plus two dedicated family counseling sessions throughout the course of treatment. Group therapy occurs three times per week, with 3-hour sessions that usually include 8 to 12 participants. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides 10 hours of clinical support weekly and typically lasts about 8 weeks. When medical detox is needed, Arise coordinates with trusted hospitals and detox providers to support a safe, supervised withdrawal process.

The Arise office is located in McKinney’s expanding commercial area, specifically in the Stonebridge Ranch community. The setting is suburban and welcoming, with nearby golf-friendly scenery and easy access to the Sam Rayburn Tollway. It offers a calm atmosphere while remaining conveniently connected to the northern Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Arise Recovery Centers has multiple locations across major cities throughout east Texas, including Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Each site is designed to be clean and comfortable, helping clients focus on recovery. Arise also offers virtual group therapy across Texas, so individuals can access treatment regardless of where they live.
