About The Meadows Outpatient Dallas

Away from the noise of central Dallas, The Meadows is an outpatient rehabilitation center that provides both in-person and telehealth options. The Meadows supports people in recognizing emotions, behaviors, and the root drivers behind a wide range of challenges, including substance use disorders and mental health concerns, as well as experiences of trauma, chronic stress, burnout, and pandemic-related anxiety. The program is an all-inclusive, 8-week course that includes 15 to 20 hours of weekly on-site services, with choices for daytime or evening schedules. Throughout treatment, The Meadows offers multiple therapeutic approaches such as neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, eye movement therapy (EMDR), and 12-Step support, among others.

The Meadows also offers targeted specialty tracks for men and for women. The gender-specific program is designed to address sex addiction, intimacy and relationship concerns, and underlying trauma through both individual and group therapy. In addition, the trauma-focused program goes deeper into emotional experiences that may be fueling addiction, depression, anxiety, codependency, and PTSD. Clients participate in trauma-specific therapy with the goal of healing the underlying causes.
