About Arise Recovery Centers

Arise Recovery Centers provides a flexible intensive outpatient program customized to each person’s situation. The program is staffed by master’s-level counselors with advanced qualifications. Treatment draws on 12-Step support while also using proven clinical approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), relapse prevention strategies, and life skills development.

Programming is offered in both morning and afternoon options. Every client receives one hour of individual counseling each week, plus two dedicated family counseling sessions during the course of treatment. Group therapy occurs three times per week, with 3-hour sessions and typically 8 to 12 participants. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides 10 hours of clinical services weekly and generally lasts about eight weeks. When medical detox is needed, Arise works with trusted hospitals and detox providers to support a safe and supervised withdrawal.

Arise Recovery Centers offers two primary outpatient levels to fit different levels of care. The day program, also known as the partial hospital program (PHP), is held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon, with a lunch break followed by afternoon sessions from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) and the supportive outpatient program (SOP) meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with either morning hours from 9:00 a.m. to noon or evening hours from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Located in downtown Arlington, this office sits close to both residential and business areas, with convenient access to nearby shopping, parks, and major roadways. It serves individuals in the mid-cities area between Dallas and Fort Worth. Arise Recovery Centers also has multiple locations across major metro regions of East Texas, including Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Each site is designed to feel clean and welcoming to promote recovery. The center further offers virtual group therapy for people throughout Texas, expanding access statewide.
