About Integrative Life Center
Integrative Life Center (ILC) delivers comprehensive residential care for men 18 and older through an 11-bed lodge located in the scenic hills of West Nashville. The spacious cabin-style facility is set on eight wooded acres, creating a calm, restorative atmosphere. Men in ILC’s residential program receive individualized support drawn from more than 20 therapies designed to address their unique challenges. Most insurance plans are accepted, and benefits are confirmed during the intake meeting.
At ILC, a highly trained team offers an integrative approach that blends holistic practices with proven, evidence-based treatment within both individual and group counseling. Services commonly include eye movement therapy (EMDR) for trauma, along with trauma-informed yoga, meditation, music therapy, art therapy, martial arts therapy, and additional options tailored to each person. ILC also includes a family component for participants in treatment. Each man receives 2 ½ days of programming at no extra charge, featuring time with the full treatment team and therapist. A virtual alternative to this program is also available. Throughout residential care, ILC provides a thoughtfully planned meal structure to support overall wellbeing, with catered lunches and shared dinner preparation at night to encourage connection, teamwork, and fellowship.
