About BHG Nashville Treatment Center

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is a major provider of outpatient programs for addiction care, working closely with referral partners to help people move forward in their recovery from opioid use. Based on proven clinical methods, BHG’s multidisciplinary team combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and coordinated wraparound support, aligning services with each patient’s specific objectives and recovery plan.

With 114 outpatient treatment centers in 22 states, BHG operates the biggest Joint Commission-accredited network of its kind in the United States. This wide footprint enables the organization to deliver standardized quality practices across locations, supporting more than 43,000 patients each day. Results reported by the organization indicate that 92% of patients see gains in overall quality of life and mental health, 83% experience reduced substance use, and 45% obtain employment during their first year of treatment.

BHG is also within the small share of national treatment organizations—about 4.2%—that provide all three FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder, alongside counseling and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) at specific sites. The center’s whole-person model is designed to improve retention in care, lower opioid use, reduce risky behaviors, and strengthen the foundation for lasting recovery.
