About Integrative Life Center

Integrative Life Center Music Row provides outpatient support for people dealing with mental health conditions and substance use disorders. At its Music Row site, Integrative Life Center includes a full range of services, such as a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). The center’s licensed clinicians are equipped to treat a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, and substance-related disorders. Treatment plans commonly combine evidence-based care with holistic approaches, including yoga, equine therapy, psychodrama, meditation, martial arts, and music therapy. Along with individual and group counseling, clients are encouraged to attend 12-Step or other recovery-oriented meetings each week.

A key part of the program is building practical life skills. Integrative Life Center integrates education into the weekly routine through topics such as nutrition, cooking, and managing personal finances. The center also supports physical and recreational well-being by providing clients with a no-cost YMCA membership that they can use at their convenience.

Clients in outpatient care may also choose to stay in gender-specific housing. Integrative Life Center Music Row offers two separate eight-bed homes for participants, located within walking distance of the treatment center. Each home is supervised by a resident assistant, and men and women live in different houses. These residences are designed to offer a secure, comfortable setting as clients step down to a lower level of care.
