About Groups Recover Together
Conveniently located in Focal Pointe Business Park and only minutes from Nashville International Airport, Groups Recover Together Nashville provides straightforward outpatient support for opioid use disorder, helping individuals in underserved communities access care. Since 2014, the center has offered flexible office-based opioid treatment (OBOT), integrating medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with counseling available through both telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Services run Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
Clients receive care grounded in evidence, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and the matrix model. Together, these therapies focus on issues such as trauma, anger management, and relapse prevention, working to strengthen emotional well-being and support lasting recovery. The program also includes substance use education, discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and sign language support for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Groups Recover Together Nashville uses FDA-approved Suboxone to help ease withdrawal symptoms and lessen cravings, along with weekly group therapy meetings. Participants are supported by a dedicated team that includes substance use counselors, recovery support specialists, and clinical professionals. Intake specialists are available around the clock to answer questions and help clients book appointments online at their convenience.
