About Recovery Unplugged Nashville
At Recovery Unplugged’s Nashville center, clients are offered a welcoming environment where they can begin to recover from substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. With an evidence-based, forward-thinking approach, the program provides continuous 24/7 care through detox, residential treatment, and a wide range of therapies tailored to each person.
At Recovery Unplugged, the focus is on the belief that every recovery path is unique. Rather than relying on rigid checklists, the team works to bring to the surface what has been hidden under years of hardship. Care is delivered with empathy and personalization, blending established therapeutic practices and medication-assisted treatment with the emotional depth of music-assisted therapy. Clients gain tools to process feelings, strengthen self-awareness, and rebuild connections that many standard programs overlook.
Recovery is supported in a setting meant to soothe and motivate. Located in the heart of music city, the center offers more than clinical services. Clients move through comfortable, beautifully designed spaces with dedicated music rooms, live musical events, and a creative atmosphere. Nutritious, freshly prepared meals and snacks help restore the body, while amenities such as a gym, game room, and fire pit encourage relaxation, physical activity, and genuine connection.
At Recovery Unplugged, the journey doesn’t end when treatment is complete. An alumni team of peer support specialists continues to support clients as they face everyday responsibilities again, including securing stable housing, reconnecting with family, and returning to work. Ongoing support is available through weekly Zoom groups and practical online resources, helping clients stay supported long after discharge.
