About Community Assessment and Trt Servs
Community Assessment and Treatment Services (CATS) in Cleveland functions as both the organization’s main administrative site and a residential treatment program. CATS is a non-profit provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, research-supported services to clients, regardless of their ability to pay.
CATS Cleveland provides both residential and outpatient options for men and women who are involved with the justice system. Each person receives an individualized treatment plan that uses evidence-based methods such as 12-Step programming, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Programming includes individual and group counseling, case management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and drug screening.
The center accepts multiple payment sources, including Medicaid, private insurance, and self-pay. CATS Cleveland operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and it also maintains a 24-hour admissions line.
