About Prospect House
Prospect House serves as a long-term residential facility dedicated to assisting men facing challenges related to substance use, including drugs and alcohol. The center offers an extensive program designed for prolonged recovery as well as a transitional three-quarter-way residential option. Its mission is to empower men with limited means by fostering sobriety while working to restore their self-esteem and dignity.
The facility features both individual and group counseling sessions. It also implements specialized support groups that cater to various populations, such as the African-American community, individuals dealing with relapse, those with compulsive gambling issues, veterans coping with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) alongside substance abuse, and family members impacted by addiction. Furthermore, the center provides housing options for alumni who have shown a commitment to their long-term recovery journey.
