About CleanSlate Centers West Cincinnati

CleanSlate Centers is an outpatient provider focused on behavioral health and focused support for people dealing with addiction. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, the staff works directly with each client to design individualized plans for recovery. For adults struggling with alcohol or opioid dependence, the center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT). MAT is used to help ease withdrawal symptoms, lower cravings, and provide structured care while also addressing co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma through ongoing outpatient services.

At CleanSlate, licensed professionals deliver MAT for individuals with physical dependence on alcohol or opioids. The program relies on evidence-based care and uses FDA-approved medications, including Suboxone and Vivitrol, to support patients during withdrawal. For best results, MAT is commonly paired with counseling and mental health services. CleanSlate also provides targeted programming for pregnant women, including closer medical oversight to support both mother and baby, as well as services for clients living with Hepatitis C.

The center’s care model is designed to be comprehensive and individualized. Treatment options include MAT, one-on-one therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and aftercare coordination with certified recovery coaches to support long-term recovery. CleanSlate can also help clients with practical needs such as housing, transportation, and employment planning when discharge approaches. CleanSlate is CARF-accredited and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. The West Cincinnati location operates Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and it is located within a short drive of a Target store and a Kroger.
