About Mariners Inn

Mariners Inn supports adult men aged 18 and older who are working through addiction, mental health concerns, and gambling-related problems. The center offers residential and outpatient options, along with prevention-focused programming, and extends additional services to young adults and individuals who may be at risk of homelessness. Mariners Inn also provides targeted assistance for men who relapse, helping them re-start their recovery journey and move toward lasting change and personal development.

At Mariners Inn, treatment combines proven clinical methods with holistic therapies. Residents participate in individual and group counseling, 12-Step meetings and peer support, and creative and expressive options such as art and music therapy. The program also includes vocational support to build practical confidence. Additional services cover parenting education, trauma-informed therapy, relapse prevention planning, and financial literacy. This whole-person approach is designed to support healing in emotional, mental, and physical well-being while strengthening the tools needed for independence.

Men stay in supervised, alcohol- and drug-free housing that promotes sobriety and self-reliance. Shared accommodations are offered for up to 90 days, with the possibility of extended stays for those who need longer support. Daily life includes activities such as drum circles, poetry sessions, yoga, sound-based healing, and guidance for earning a GED and securing employment. Transportation support, peer mentoring, and an active alumni community further help each man build a stable, sustainable future.
