The core approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and includes 15 hours each week of individual and group sessions, along with holistic and exposure-based therapies. On weekdays, clients receive at least 3 hours of group therapy, plus a minimum of two individual therapy sessions per week. For clients who need targeted trauma support, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is offered as clinically indicated. Holistic programming runs for at least 3 hours per day on weekdays. Clients work with the same therapist throughout their stay, and they may continue with the same therapist as an additional aftercare option.

After treatment hours, clients are allowed to use cell phones and access the internet.
