LifeStance Health operates across multiple locations and brings together a national team of licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners to treat a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges through both in-person and private virtual sessions. Services are available for conditions such as mental illness, process addictions, grief, major life changes, postpartum depression, and more. The center is also particularly skilled in providing transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), an option often recommended when depression does not improve with other treatments or medications.

LifeStance works with highly regarded clinicians who focus on helping individuals of all ages. Clients receive customized care plans designed around their specific needs. Treatment covers common mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. It also addresses addictions involving drugs or alcohol, as well as process addictions such as eating disorders and hoarding. Care is available for adolescent school avoidance, and the center offers gender-focused and specialized support, including treatment for men’s or women’s concerns, pain-related issues, somatoform disorders, psychosis, postpartum depression or anxiety, couples therapy, grief, insomnia, and childhood behavioral challenges.

At LifeStance, personalized care is managed by a multidisciplinary team of board-certified providers and social workers who collaborate throughout treatment. Plans may include evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, solution focused therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Depending on age and circumstances, other therapies like narrative therapy and play therapy may be incorporated for children and adolescents.

Depending on each client’s requirements, patients and families can access adult psychiatry services, child and adolescent psychiatry or therapy, as well as group or family therapy. Support is also offered to new parents who are coping with adjustment issues, mental health symptoms, or sleep difficulties. Beyond counseling, LifeStance provides neuropsychological testing, psychological testing, and evaluations.

Comprehensive mental health services are offered five days a week, Monday through Friday, with both virtual and in-person appointments. LifeStance Health accepts most major insurance plans.
