About CleanSlate Centers
CleanSlate Centers, based in Lexington, Kentucky, is an outpatient provider offering behavioral health services and specialized addiction treatment for adults. The treatment team collaborates with each client to develop individualized recovery plans, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for people dealing with alcohol and opioid dependence. MAT can lessen cravings and help control withdrawal symptoms, while the outpatient setting also provides ongoing care for co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
At CleanSlate, licensed clinicians focus on supporting individuals with physical alcohol or opioid dependencies through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). This research-based approach uses FDA-approved medications, including Suboxone and Vivitrol, to help make withdrawal more manageable. For the best outcomes, MAT is typically paired with counseling and mental health services. The center also offers a dedicated program for pregnant women, with medical supervision aimed at protecting both the mother’s and baby’s health.
CleanSlate provides a comprehensive model of care with personalized treatment planning. Services include MAT, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. After discharge, clients receive assistance with housing, transportation, employment guidance, and aftercare support from certified recovery coaches. CleanSlate is CARF-accredited and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. The Lexington location is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The center is conveniently located within walking distance of several bus stations and across from Meadowthorpe Shopping Center, making it easier to reach.
