About BHG Lexington Treatment Center
Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is a major provider of outpatient care for addiction, working closely with referral partners to help people recover from opioid use. The program relies on proven, evidence-based methods and is delivered by a multidisciplinary team that combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and additional wraparound supports. Services are planned around the individual’s specific objectives and recovery plan.
BHG operates 114 treatment centers in 22 states, making it the largest Joint Commission-accredited outpatient treatment network in the United States. With this wide presence, the organization can apply standardized best practices across its sites and support more than 43,000 patients each day. Documented results indicate that 92% of patients report better quality of life and mental health, 83% experience reduced substance use, and 45% gain employment during their first year in treatment.
BHG is also part of the 4.2% of national treatment providers that deliver all three FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder, along with counseling and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) at select locations. Its whole-person model is designed to improve retention in treatment, lower opioid use, reduce risky behaviors, and strengthen long-term recovery.
