Paradigm Treatment helps teens address the underlying drivers of mental health and behavioral challenges, so they can do more than manage symptoms—they can truly recover. Their model centers on intensive one-on-one and group therapy, guided by a comprehensive intake evaluation that tailors each plan to the specific needs of every teen, ensuring consistent care and the right level of support to grow and thrive.

At Paradigm, teens receive a broad range of research-backed and whole-person approaches that extend beyond typical services. Treatment may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), nutritional counseling, and expressive activities such as art and dance, all working together to support emotional, physical, and mental well-being. With four individual therapy sessions weekly, daily group therapy, family therapy, and onsite psychiatric expertise, teens benefit from a high-touch support system designed to promote lasting, meaningful progress.

The center is designed to feel calm and restorative, offering private rooms where teens can rest in safety and comfort. Shared community areas promote connection and relaxation, with amenities that may include a fitness center, basketball court, art studio, recreation room, and greenhouse. Nutritious meals prepared by a chef are also provided to nourish the whole person.

Paradigm recognizes that real success depends on sustained support. After graduation, teens can continue building momentum through virtual alumni resources and regular check-in meetings.
