About Camillus House
Located in central Miami, close to the Health District and only a few minutes from the Marlins Park area, this outpatient facility delivers both medical and behavioral health support to people experiencing homelessness or who are at risk. The center helps address issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders (SUD), long-term medical conditions, and other related concerns. Appointments are reachable via public transportation, and care is offered to adults and children regardless of ability to pay.
Treatment follows a whole-person model that brings physical and mental health services together in one place. Clients may receive individual counseling, psychiatric evaluation and oversight, medication management, and participation in group programs. By coordinating care in this integrated way, the clinic supports recovery on an emotional and physical level, strengthening stability and everyday well-being.
The center also provides mobile outreach for individuals living on the streets, health services delivered at local shelters, and a short-term respite option for people leaving hospitals without housing. Support includes bilingual assistance, help with transportation, and case management to improve access to ongoing care and connections to long-term community resources.
