About Campus Recovery Center

Campus Recovery, set in scenic coastal Florida, provides structured treatment options including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) services for people dealing with substance use disorders. Each client begins with evaluations that address disease indicators, potential risk of harm, and nutritional needs. The Campus Recovery clinical team then collaborates with the individual to develop a medication plan tailored to their situation. Across all levels of care, clients participate in both individual and group therapy. Sessions focus on relapse prevention, coping with stress, psychoeducation, practical life skills, and work on core beliefs and perspectives. Participants can also access support with obtaining food stamps, identification cards, court and legal paperwork, and resume preparation.

When clinically appropriate, anti-craving medications may be suggested. These medications are intended to help reduce the likelihood of relapse involving opioids or alcohol. Individuals who receive these medications also take part in required clinical programming.

Campus Recovery’s PHP is designed to support a smooth return to everyday routines. This care level generally follows stabilization, which often takes place during detox or a residential stay. During PHP, clients attend six days of programming each week, from Monday through Saturday, with sessions running five hours per day.

IOP offers guidance and education that help participants succeed in a more independent setting. This phase typically begins after a PHP level of care. During the initial period, IOP participants attend five days per week for three hours each day, with a later step down to three days per week.

The outpatient program continues care as individuals transition toward a more self-directed schedule. It generally begins after completion of the IOP level. At this stage, participants receive clinical programming two days per week, including one day of one-hour individual counseling and one day of group counseling.
