About White Sands Alcohol and Drug Rehab

WhiteSands Treatment center delivers on-site detox, residential treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and Day Treatment (PHP) to support people facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The center focuses on delivering high-quality care in a comfortable setting, offering customized treatment plans aimed at helping clients work through the root causes behind their addiction. White Sands Treatment is dedicated to treatment for drug and alcohol addiction and also provides support for co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic relapse, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, and PTSD.

WhiteSands Treatment uses a range of research-based therapies to encourage recovery, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy, and motivational interviewing. Holistic options are also available, such as hypnotherapy and art therapy. On average, each client participates in four to five individual and/or family therapy sessions weekly. WhiteSands Treatment also provides amenities designed for patient comfort, including a meditation garden, yoga center, pool, spa and salon services, outdoor patio areas, and a fitness center with classes, as well as volleyball and basketball courts and a recreation room. After treatment sessions, clients are given time for screen use. Optional additional support is available through a nutritionist, chiropractor, and personal trainer.
