About We Level Up

We Level Up is a fully licensed mental health treatment facility located in Tamarac, Florida. Backed by more than 15 years of experience and 10,000+ success stories, the center provides compassionate care for people facing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), schizophrenia, and co-occurring substance use challenges. Services are delivered in a supportive setting where clients feel safe and understood. Treatment plans are built around each person’s specific needs and concerns.

The program uses a well-rounded, holistic model of care that blends evidence-based clinical approaches with complementary wellness therapies. A major part of the treatment experience includes both one-on-one therapy and structured group sessions. Together, these sessions explore important recovery topics in a respectful, non-judgmental environment.

A core element of We Level Up’s approach is a detailed holistic evaluation for every client, which guides the creation of a personalized recovery plan. Therapy may include proven methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and group work designed to help clients manage stress, strengthen coping strategies, regulate emotions, and work on deeper contributing factors. Board-trained psychiatrists are also available to provide medication when needed, along with continued follow-up and symptom monitoring. Clients can discuss challenges and progress openly with peers who share similar experiences.

We Level Up also includes life skills workshops covering areas like communication, problem-solving, time management, and stress reduction to support meaningful long-term change. Aftercare planning is extensive and includes discharge and relapse prevention strategies, supported by case management to help clients transition smoothly to outpatient treatment, community support groups, and other recovery resources.

During residential treatment, clients receive comfortable living arrangements with private rooms, housekeeping services, and shared spaces such as a game room and spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Nutritious meals are provided three times per day by the center’s in-house culinary team. Throughout the process, We Level Up focuses on delivering a personalized program with attentive, professional staff to improve the overall treatment experience.
