About Recovery Team
Established 30 years ago, The Recovery Team supports clients in rebuilding their lives through evidence-based care for addiction and mental health in a caring, modern environment. The center provides individualized programming, including detox, residential, and outpatient services, combining established approaches with newer, effective therapies. Specialized treatment tracks are available for substance use concerns as well as mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions.
At The Recovery Team, care is designed to meet people exactly where they are, using some of the most advanced treatment options available in the region. Many of these services are not offered at other facilities. Each client can draw from a wide range of proven interventions, including personalized counseling and advanced modalities like transcranial magnetic stimulation, Spravato ketamine therapy, and GeneSight testing. The program blends focused, intensive treatment with holistic practices such as equine therapy, yoga, and Reiki, aiming to make recovery both effective and genuinely supportive.
Located in Delray Beach with a warm climate and tranquil surroundings, The Recovery Team offers a calm setting for healing just five minutes from the beach. Clients can take part in daily comforts like professionally catered meals, time to relax by the pool, putt-putt golf, and workouts in a fully equipped gym—helping reduce boredom and burnout. Accommodations include private or shared rooms, and newly renovated spaces are maintained to a high standard by the on-site housekeeping team.
The Recovery Team also prioritizes continued progress after discharge. Aftercare plans are customized to support each person’s life beyond treatment, and alumni services are available free of charge. Additional support includes help with job searching, guidance for locating healthy sober-living options, and other recovery resources.
